STELTH 1®
Solid-State Reference Electrodes
For use Submerged in Water or Buried in Saturated Soil
BORIN’s premiere offering to the Corrosion Prevention industry is the STELTH 1 solid-state reference electrode; since 1976, it’s still your ideal choice for use submerged in water or buried in saturated soil conditions.
The STELTH 1’s reduced ceramic tip is designed to make complete contact with the environment when there is high water content and to avoid leaching of the internal electrolyte, a necessity we’ve found through nearly 40 years of research.

Just a few reasons BORIN STELTH solid-state reference electrodes are unique:
Never need recharging or re-calibrating
Impregnated with membrane that keeps electrolytes from drying out or getting contaminated
Trap hydrogen sulfide or excess chloride ions to maintain stability of the electrode
Let you know when you have dangerous levels of AC to deal with
Can thrive in ALL saturated environments for their corresponding chemistry
Remain accurate for their lifetime
Can survive in all winter conditions
No need for antifreeze that could alter your readings
BORIN stands behind every STELTH reference electrode you buy:We test EVERY SINGLE reference electrode we make. For more details see testing criteria
You can track/trace any STELTH
Every STELTH is calibrated for the life of the cell
Our STELTH reference electrodes will work for years and remain stable indefinitely
